Refactor 'System/Advanced/Startup'. Renamed to 'System/Advanced/Command scripts'. Add ability to define scripts executed before system shutdown.

Improve status report configuration. Allow user to select which reports should be included.

Modify config.xml. Add new config attribute 'job' to xml parser.

Begin to refactor complete user/group management (code, services & WebGUI).

Begin to recode 'iSCSI Target' implementation (WebGUI + services).

Fix bug when parsing config.xml file with attributes auxparam.

Use old parser again because PEAR XML parser causes some error. Think they can't be fixed because PfSense changes back to old parser after some time.

Misc code changes.
