Use old parser again because PEAR XML parser causes some error. Think they can't be fixed because PfSense changes back to old parser after some time.

Use PEAR XML parser and serializer due some bugs in the origin used parser.

Add missing files /etc/iscsi/auths and /etc/iscsi/passwd.

Add missing link /etc/exports -> /var/etc/exports.

Rename rc.d.conf -> rc.d.php

Create /etc/rc.d and /etc/rc.d.conf directories.

- Do some code optimizations and log message changes
- Fix bug when changing system password for root/admin

Rename freenas-create-dirs.sh to freenas-create-rootfs.sh.
