Prevent the autotuner from regenerating deleted tunables and sysctls, which makes
it seem like settings created by the autotuner can't be deleted.

Add adv_autotune to Advanced, default to off

Hackity hack to make webshell communication under unix socket using XML-RPC

This should address the security issue of the previous commit related to webshell.
There is still a lot to do but thats a good start working version.

Let the webshell recover from fail via timeout (restart daemon)

Move webshell to a standalone daemon.

This is a simple move, communication done vi XML-RPC.
There is a lot of room for improvement, this is a commit progress.
Also fix the SIGHUP (Ctrl-C) for webshell.

Fix icon names/places for cron/scrub.

Also remove the openCron js function which is useless.
