Add an auxiliary parameters fields for the [homes] section

It just felt right, otherwise there is no other way to customize
that section.

Do-Not-Merge (branches/8.2.0,branches/stable-9): Let's keep it in trunk for now
as this results in a screen change, unless someone say otherwise.

Actually, commenting out the value is easier than setting it to REVISION=. Let's document/recommend that instead.

Make it more apparent that REVISION can be omitted when doing a release so less hacking of nano_env is required each and every release.

Inspired by discussion with jpaetzel.

The little automerger that could now can do a bit more.

1. Add a -n flag so that the automerger can fake committing and we can
avoid having to test things in production ><.
2. Enhance the automerger to deal with multiple branches as needed. You
can specify 'Do-Not-Merge: <message>' or
'Do-Not-Merge (branches/8.2.0,branches/stable-8): <message>' now to
blacklist merging to specific branches. The second option is a
comma-delimited list of paths relative to the SVN root (branches/8.2.0,
trunk, freenas/ix, etc).
3. Update the examples and usage to reflect the above changes.
4. Sprinkle a few comments around to better enlighten the reader as to why
things were done the way they were done.

Exclude snapshots with clone from pending delete list.
