Sort the entries, use WITHOUT_* instead of NO_* (NO_ was deprecated quite a few years ago), and merge some of the other bits over from nanobsd/common for setting the default BDB version, python version, etc to make things a bit smaller and a bit more deterministic.

Update plugin changes.

Updated plugins to use API. These need some good polishing up.

Examples (sort of) for creating plugins and various associated files for creating them as well as the jail. There is no structure to this at this point, I just want these files saved.

Add some other short crib notes.

Create an examples directory and provide a example daemon module.

This should be the basis for the RPC module, and also provide the structuring needed for refactoring cachetool.py, autosnap.py, and autorepl.py into sane daemons.
