Don't set vfs.zfs.arc_max or vm.kmem_size on this branch because the values set (albeit low) severely degrade performance on higher spec'ed systems.
kern.ipc.nmbclusters is still being set because it's helpful on systems with certain NICs (cxgb, em, igb, etc). It will need tuning depending on the number and kind of NICs of course -- which the autotuning script in 8.2.0 will handle.
