Whitelist the version files.

Actually, let's cheat and just realpath the files. So much easier.

It's best that .new_version/.old_version live under the child branch's path, not the parent branch's path.

The old and new version files should be tied to the parent branch's directory to avoid clashing between two separate merge tasks.

Put _setup back before the summary so values modified in _setup are once again printed out in the summary.

Add a simple script for cleaning out builds. Defaults to a retention policy of 30 days.
