Anonymous bind support added.

Revert mucking around that shouldn't have been committed with r8780 *grumbles*.

- Consolidate create_cache_filesystem into rc.freenas and simplify the logic a bit.
- Boost the cache filesystem requirements up to 2.0GB to deal with the fact that AD caching sucks up a lot of memory to cache large AD forests. This doesn't solve everything, but it helps at least (I wish the ad cachefill logic streamed through data a bit more gracefully and the winbind cache didn't eat up so much memory, but we'll improve this in the future..).

Remove RCS keywords

Fail fast and hard if None is passed in as a user/group.
