Update to samba-3.6.3.

Updating from samba 3.6.1 to 3.6.2 brings in a handful of fixes; for us
(FreeNAS), we care about the interoperability items with ACLs, AD, SMBV2,
etc.

--keep-newer-files errors out if the files in the update are newer than
