Use -o noatime for mount -uw calls in middleware

Mount single disk volumes after import

We need to regenerate fstab and explicitly mount the imported volume

Make sure the provider of the label consumer exists before proceeding

Rename get_label_provider to get_label_consumer.

Mute noise when checking mount status for a UFS volume to avoid
spamming syslog.

Let the webshell recover from fail via timeout (restart daemon)

Move webshell to a standalone daemon.

This is a simple move, communication done vi XML-RPC.
There is a lot of room for improvement, this is a commit progress.
Also fix the SIGHUP (Ctrl-C) for webshell.
