Make sure the provider of the label consumer exists before proceeding

Rename get_label_provider to get_label_consumer.

Update to samba-3.6.3.

Updating from samba 3.6.1 to 3.6.2 brings in a handful of fixes; for us
(FreeNAS), we care about the interoperability items with ACLs, AD, SMBV2,
etc.

Mute noise from ix-multipath and <80 cols cleanup.

notifier.notifier.main() always prints out the result of the callee
(in this case notifier.notifier.multipath_sync(..)). This change below
mutes the print output so it doesn't always print out 'None' at boot.

Capture the pull operation in a log.

Put _setup back before the summary so values modified in _setup are once again printed out in the summary.
