Hackity hack to make webshell communication under unix socket using XML-RPC

This should address the security issue of the previous commit related to webshell.
There is still a lot to do but thats a good start working version.

Let the webshell recover from fail via timeout (restart daemon)

Move webshell to a standalone daemon.

This is a simple move, communication done vi XML-RPC.
There is a lot of room for improvement, this is a commit progress.
Also fix the SIGHUP (Ctrl-C) for webshell.

Fix icon names/places for cron/scrub.

Also remove the openCron js function which is useless.

Add explicit ordering for NTPServer and Cron.

While I'm here add description to View Cron Jobs

Add initial sanity check for enabling rsync+ssh by checking for user DSA/ECDSA/RSA keys

Set some default values for CronJobs and Rsync Tasks

Show IP/Port of server side being used to connect through the GUI.
