Let the webshell recover from fail via timeout (restart daemon)

Move webshell to a standalone daemon.

This is a simple move, communication done vi XML-RPC.
There is a lot of room for improvement, this is a commit progress.
Also fix the SIGHUP (Ctrl-C) for webshell.

default sn=None in started for compatiblity

Use kqueue to watch for an event before actually calling start/stop

Make sure to use -d 0 for pdbedit, otherwise it will bomb if CIFS debug level is anything different than 'Minimum'

While I'm here add docstring to user_gethashedpassword and __smbpasswd.
Also add a return code for __smbpasswd.

The status is fault not fail. Also make sure old device path exists
