Let the webshell recover from fail via timeout (restart daemon)

Change user form to match create user form.

Move webshell to a standalone daemon.

This is a simple move, communication done vi XML-RPC.
There is a lot of room for improvement, this is a commit progress.
Also fix the SIGHUP (Ctrl-C) for webshell.

Turn on multimedia knob.

Using shutdown -r now instead of reboot calls rc.shutdown, which
in turn allows the system to reboot more gracefully by notifying
services that they need to stop before the system is rebooted.

Make the TAB key work in the Webshell

Previously it had no effect, now it is supposed to auto-complete.

Fix icon names/places for cron/scrub.

Also remove the openCron js function which is useless.

Add explicit ordering for NTPServer and Cron.
