Using shutdown -r now instead of reboot calls rc.shutdown, which
in turn allows the system to reboot more gracefully by notifying
services that they need to stop before the system is rebooted.

Rename .Full_Install.img to .img to avoid redundancy and potential user
confusion (Full_Install images were being confused with GUI upgrades by
some users according to reports I've received recently on the forums and
#freenas).
