Rename .Full_Install.img to .img to avoid redundancy and potential user
confusion (Full_Install images were being confused with GUI upgrades by
some users according to reports I've received recently on the forums and
#freenas).

- Remove atacontrol list output from the hardware output because
we're using ATA_CAM, not ata(4).
- Add ipmitool sdr list and ipmitool sel list output to the hardware
debug output so we can quickly check system sensor readings and also
sel list without having to prompt users for that output.

Remove mount -wu / and mount -ru / in ix-ldap, ix-samba, and
ix-smbpasswd as CERT_FILE is located on /usr/local/etc (which is a
memory backed disk) and smbpasswd acts on /var, which is assumed to be
either a memory disk or UFS volume (the former which doesn't require
it at all, the latter which shouldn't require it either). This should
reduce the potential for filesystem corruption.

Verified sane by running the commands standalone and analyzing the
output in truss.
