Means to grab filesystems mounted in a plugin path added. Arguments to JSON-RPC calls changed (python dictionaries are not liked), so now the arguments will need to be explicitly stated.

"export" -> "detach"

From #1243: "export"ing volumes in the GUI is a very ZFS centric idea
and doesn't correlate with operations that can be done on EXT*, FAT,
NTFS, and UFS volumes. "detach" is a better, more generic, term.

Move plugins app after services (this has effect on tree menu)
