安装版本： 3.1.0 单机

1、安装步骤
通过 YUM 软件源安装 OBD

sudo yum install -y yum-utils
sudo yum-config-manager --add-repo https://mirrors.aliyun.com/oceanbase/OceanBase.repo
sudo yum install -y ob-deploy

2、部署 OceanBase 数据库
2.1、增加配置文件
本地安装：即中控机器和目标机器是同一台机器，配置文件。
单机安装：即中控机器和目标机器不是同一台机器，且目标机器只有一台，配置文件。
分布式安装：配置文件。
