1.Mat 与常数的四则运算
Mat与常数的运算实际上就是Mat内的每一个元素都与常数运算;
运算结果依旧是个矩阵,与原矩阵尺寸不变;矩阵内的元素都统一进行了与常数的四则运算;
例如:Mat型image + 1表示image内的每一个元素都+1;
