SOLVED, after trying everything I found for plugins, i found it installed in extensions which had a delete button. Sorry for taking up your time
What Extension?
The (NPAPI) Flash Player from Adobe is a Plugin. It is on your system and not actually installed in Firefox. To see where it is located you can type about:plugins in the Location (address) bar in Firefox.
You likely have Flash Player installed by way of your package manager and not manually from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Instead of deleting you could keep it up to date and set the Flash Player as Never Activate or Ask to Activate in Addons Manager in Firefox.
Youtube btw uses HTML5 player in Firefox and does not use the Flash Player Plugin as a fallback anymore.
