一般我们在做“国际化”功能时，我们需要properties中文表示方式用unicode表示。eclipse默认properties文件编辑器不方便查看，需要我们查看常常查找unicode编码表。 Properties Editor刚好满足了这个需求，不需要用户常常查看unicode编码表，默认直观表示为中文，用户可以通过文件点击右键Unicode表示查看对应的unicode表示的propertie
