想要add或commit文件时突然遇到这样的报错：
Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g.
an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processesare terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process
may have crashed in this repository earlier:
remove the file manually to continue.
比较简单粗暴的解决方法是，进入隐藏的.git目录下，删除index文件，然后重新git add -A文件或者reset版本。
当然，本文这里没有深究报错原因，日后再补充吧~ 有知道的朋友欢迎留言。
