如何在设置中默认打开EPO，AGPS功能以提高用户体验

平台：MT6589，MT6572

默认打开EPO,AGPS功能，以减少GPS定位时间，提高用户体验
做如下修改：
alps\mediatek\frameworks\base\agps\etc\agps_profiles_conf.xml
  <agps_conf_para
    agps_enable="no"  ==> 改成"yes"
    disable_after_reboot="no" ==> 保持"no"
alps\mediatek\frameworks\base\epo\etc\epo_conf.xml
  <epo_conf_para
   epo_enable="no"  ==> 改成"yes"
   auto_enable="no"  ==> 改成"yes”

如何测试EPO:

Step如下：

1. Phone need to connect 3G or WiFi network
2. Download EPO Data in the Settings -> Location -> Enable Use GPS satellites and Enable GPS EPO assistance
3. Check EPO Data in the Settings -> Location -> EPO settings
4. Static receive over 10minutes in the Open Sky environment before 1^st EPO test
5. Turn off GPS Test Tool , and wait over 4Hours
6. Open GPS Test Tool , and Count GPS fix time
7. Record the 2^nd , 3^rd ….. GPS fix time in a table
