二.安装Package Control

因为直接打开文件有很多乱码，所以搜了下要安装编译插件。。。

安装方法1：官网下载https://packagecontrol.io/installation

Preferences->Browse packages打开文件夹>返回上一层>Installed Packages把下载的文件复制进去
