     NLP的假设­

1、每个人都已具备使自己成功快乐的资源。­

　　Every one already possesses all the resources needed.

2、地图不是实际疆域，只有经由感官经验所塑出来的世界。

　　The map is not territory.­

3、没有两个人是完全一样的。­

　　No two person are the same.

4、没有失败，只有回馈信息，没有错误，只有结果。­

　　There is no failure, only feedback.

5、沟通的意义取决于对方的回应。

　　The communication is the response one gets.­

6、动机和情绪总不会错，只是行为没有效果而已。­

　　Intentions and emotions are never wrong, only the behavior has not been effective.

7、凡事至少有3个解决方法。­

　　There are at least three solutions to every situation.

8、有效果比只强调道理更重要。

　　Usefulness is more important.­

9、重复旧的做法，只能得到旧的结果。­

　　Repeating the same behavior will repeat the same result.

10、一个人不能改变另外一个人。

　　One person cannot change another.­

11、每个人都有选择自己最佳利益的行为。­

　　Every one choose the best behaviot at the moment.

12、在任何一个系统中，最灵活的部分就是最能影响大局的部分。­

　　In any system, the most flexible person has the control.
