打开jupyter notebook警告问题

打开jupyter notebook有以下两行警告

请问各位如何处理，可笑的是我利用cmd直接输入jupyter notebook就没有这两行警告，

    打开【.jupyter】文件夹下的配置文件【jupyter_notebook_config.py】，并将配置文件中的NotebookApp全部替换为ServerApp
