[OGRE-98] GLES 2.0: Billboard chains don't face the camera

Billboard chains no longer face the camera after the following patch was applied in revision 42bd131:

If I revert these changes, the billboard chain faces the camera as expected.

    Do you have a way to quickly reproduce this? For some reason I'm not seeing it here.
