While translating OSQA into Italian, I ran into quite a lot of strings marked for being translated, but that are not really well suited for other languages other than (probably) English.
There are strings that are concatenated in a way that is impossible for translator to have a fully l10n'ed experience. An example are all the strings about user activities, that are made up "adding" the single words to create a sentence (i.e. "%(user)s %(has_or_have) ACTION").
Other strings, in the HTML templates, are not well constructed too, preventing translators to localize everything (like quotes).
With this bug I would like to track these problems, and maybe provide patches here.
