Ali Siddiqui
President
Ali Siddiqui serves as President of BMC Helix, an independent company. He is responsible for all aspects of BMC Helix: Go to Market, Marketing, Product Portfolio & Development, IT, and Customer Success. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he is passionate about helping customers use AI, specifically Agentic AI, in ways that will help them make a meaningful impact on their business.
In his previous role as Chief Product Officer at BMC, Ali held end-to-end responsibility for the company’s entire product portfolio of over $2B, including the BMC Helix platform, the suite of automaton solutions including Control-M, and the entire Automated Mainframe Intelligence (AMI) portfolio of solutions. Notably, he accelerated the growth of BMC Helix to the point it became the fastest growing product line in BMC’s history.
Ali's previous industry experience includes managing, building, and growing successful software businesses. Before BMC, he was the head of AI Ops and IT Ops for Broadcom’s Enterprise Software division, and he previously led the IT Ops division at CA Technologies. He has also held leadership roles at Cisco and Oracle. Earlier in his career, he founded a business that provided real-time personalization for wireless carrier portals and worked at several Silicon Valley startups, including being part of one which successfully went IPO.
Ali earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree from Stanford University.

Sakaar Anand
People and Spaces
Sakaar Anand leads the People and Spaces strategy at BMC Helix, where he is focused on incorporating technology into every aspect of the human resources function, enabling the workforce to concentrate on efforts that matter the most—business growth that benefits customers and employees.
For more than 28 years, Sakaar has held leadership roles spanning HR, product, IT operations, and global delivery centers across several industries, as well as Centers of Excellence for globalization, usability, accessibility, securability, and business intelligence worldwide.
In his previous role as India Head and Head of HR at BMC, Sakaar and his team focused on reimagining how innovation and technology intersect with enterprise success and business growth. His strategic approach centered on empowering employees through various programs like EmPulse, Ideathon, Tech-2-Tech, and Skill-up, which have resulted in transformative solutions being ideated from BMC India.
Other notable career leadership roles include Head of HR for BNY Mellon Technology; SVP of Software Engineering at CA Technologies, where he served as strategic advisor to the President and CPO; and Chief Operating Officer of GE’s India Innovation Center.
He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.

Chief Financial Officer

Cory Bleuer
Chief Financial Officer
Cory Bleuer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BMC Helix, where he leads the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and procurement functions. His focus is on optimizing the scaling of BMC Helix financial functions and infrastructure to support BMC Helix’s continued AI advancements and customer success in the marketplace.
Cory has led financial functions in global software and cloud technology companies for over 25 years. Most recently, he served as SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of BMC, where he led global accounting and financial reporting, financial shared services, procurement, and financial technology functions. While with BMC, he supported the company’s organic and acquisition growth, public-to-private transition, and financial transformation to a modern, cloud-based subscription company, and led the financial separation of BMC Helix as an independent company.
Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles with EMC Corporation's Captiva Software group and Fair Isaac Corporation, and he also served as an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Cory holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree with an accounting concentration from Indiana University.
He lives in Houston, Texas, and in his free time enjoys traveling, cycling, skiing, scuba diving, and watching collegiate sports.

Chief Marketing Officer

Hannah Cho
Chief Marketing Officer
Hannah Cho serves as Chief Marketing Officer of BMC Helix, where she oversees Awareness Marketing, Customer Programs and Events, Demand Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Industry Analyst Relations. As a newly independent company, the marketing organization’s charter is to reinforce the strength of the Helix platform as the industry innovator in agentic AI for IT service and operations management.
She brings executive leadership experience in brand and field marketing, product, and corporate communications, from leading technology companies including Anaplan, CA Technologies, Intel Corporation, Mashery, and Cisco Systems. She has leveraged her experience to assist global, multinational organizations across all stages of the business life cycle, from growth and expansion, to rebranding efforts, to M&A, IPO, and divestiture.
She holds a BA Honours in Criminology from Carleton University.
Hannah has served as an independent director for a publicly traded bitcoin and AI data center company, satisfying her curiosity and interest in high technology use across industries.
She lives in Northern California, enjoying outdoor activities as an avid hiker, bicyclist, and champion of cultural programming in the Bay Area.

Chief Operating Officer

Christine Devlin
Chief Operating Officer
Christine Devlin is the Chief Operating Officer for BMC Helix. She is responsible for BMC Helix’s Revenue Ops functions, Corporate Strategy, and Analytics and Automation teams to drive BMC Helix’s AI-driven growth agenda. She is an experienced leader of transformations at public and private enterprise software companies across go to market, customer success, and technology domains.
Christine joined BMC in 2020, where she held several leadership roles in the Customer Success and Operations organizations. Prior to BMC, Christine served as Vice President of Customer Success at Integral Ad Science, as well as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at CA Technologies.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.

General Counsel

Elodie Dowling
General Counsel
Elodie Dowling serves as General Counsel at BMC Helix. In this role, she is responsible for heading the Legal & Compliance department, handling all legal, compliance, and governance matters at BMC Helix. She is committed to aligning the priorities of the Legal & Compliance department with the agile and growth-oriented objectives of BMC Helix.
In her previous role as Corporate VP, EMEA General Counsel at BMC, Elodie was responsible for managing the Legal and Data Privacy teams across EMEA, as well as budgeting, contract negotiations, litigations, corporate legal affairs, and strategic data privacy initiatives. Notably forward-thinking, she brought EU Binding Corporate Rules to BMC five years before the EU GDPR came into force.
Prior to serving as Corporate VP, EMEA General Counsel, she held a variety of legal counsel roles for EMEA at BMC for 20+ years. She also served as legal counsel for France at CA Technologies.
As an ardent champion of women and a leader, she strives to put into practice the values she defends, encouraging her teams to think outside the box and explore paths that are uniquely their own.
Elodie holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in International Economic Law (pre-doctorate degree) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master’s degree in law from Tulane University Law School, and is licensed by the New York Bar.
Elodie lives in France with her husband, son, and three stepsons. She loves traveling and wishes she had more time to enjoy classical ballets, painting, and reading.

Erhan Giral
AI Office
Erhan Giral leads the AI Office at BMC Helix. In this role, he focuses on the application of agentic artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) to observability, monitoring, and service assurance problems. His mission is to apply generative AI to new frontiers like vulnerability management and security, creating products that seamlessly integrate into operators' workflows.
Erhan has been working in the software intelligence space for 20 years and holds various patents related to applied AI in operational intelligence and application monitoring domains.
In his previous role as Chief Architect of AI at BMC, his team focused on high-scale, near-real-time anomaly detection, diagnostics, root cause analysis, remediation, and automation systems for AIOps and ITSM using generative AI (GenAI). These pioneering GenAI systems delivered 25 to 60 percent efficiency gains across every operational function BMC automated. His work earned acclaim from customers and industry analysts and became the foundation for BMC’s leading AIOps platform—transforming reactive workflows into proactive, self-optimizing systems.
Prior to BMC, Erhan held the role of Chief Architect at Broadcom, kaizenOps.io (a CA Technologies incubator), and the CA Technologies APM business unit.
He holds a Master’s degree in computer science from Bilkent University.
A San Francisco Bay Area-based innovator and Napa enthusiast, Erhan divides his time between crafting the future of AI and restoring fragments of the past through mechanical clockmaking. At home, he reigns as chief treat-dispenser to two mischievous miniature dachshunds and enjoys lively debates about history and geopolitics over good wine with friends.

Shankar Gomathinayagam
Technology, Security, and Service Ops
Shankar Gomathinayagam leads Technology, Security, and Service Ops at BMC Helix. He is passionate about engineering excellence and future-proofing technology ecosystems so BMC Helix remains at the forefront of advancing cloud-native, AI-driven enterprise solutions on behalf of its customers.
An accomplished technology executive with a proven track record in driving SaaS innovation, cloud transformation, and operational excellence, Shankar has over two decades of leadership experience. He specializes in scaling high-performing global engineering teams, spearheading Agile and DevOps transformations, and delivering industry-leading observability and AIOps solutions.
In his previous role as VP of R&D at BMC, Shankar’s leadership contributed to the company’s 2x ARR growth, significant multi-fold increases in gross margin, significant improvements in quality and availability through architectural changes, tactical and strategic product improvements, cost optimization, cloud efficiency, and FinOps best practices. His focus on automation, re-platforming, and customer-centric innovation also significantly improved product uptime and customer satisfaction.
Prior to BMC, Shankar held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nimble Storage, and Cisco, where he played a pivotal role in developing software at scale, enterprise SaaS solutions, reducing operational costs, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff Hardy
Chief Revenue Officer
Jeff Hardy serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of BMC Helix, where he is responsible for the company’s global go-to-market organization and strategy. He is passionate about developing high-impact teams focused on growth and transformative customer outcomes.
A 20-year BMC veteran, Jeff most recently served as the VP for BMC’s Global Strategic Accounts. In this role, he and his team built the programs used to serve BMC’s largest accounts while producing substantial growth. Notably, under Jeff’s leadership and before BMC separated into two companies, BMC experienced its best fiscal year to date in 2024—and its largest growth year ever.
Jeff also held various BMC leadership roles in sales, consulting services, and best practices after a successful start-up experience.
Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ryan Manning
Chief Product Officer
Ryan serves as Chief Product Officer at BMC Helix. In this role, he leads AI Service Management, Agentic AIOps, and No-/Low-Code Platform teams across Product Management, R&D, UX, and Product Marketing. He is focused on turning AI from theory into action—using it to handle the tedious, mundane work so teams can focus on the work that matters most.
He brings a wealth of experience spanning startups, high-growth ventures, and Fortune 100 companies, boasting a proven track record of incubating, scaling, and revitalizing B2B software products.
Before BMC, Ryan was VP of Product at Coupa, leading their Source-to-Contract P&L as well as its AI/ML and GenAI strategy. He also managed FP&A and Investor Relations at ServiceNow, helping take it public before transitioning to Product to create the IT Business Management unit.
Ryan also co-founded FreeAgent, a CRM company, raising $25M+ and earning Gartner recognition as “Most User-Recommended CRM.” Ryan began his career in corporate finance at Dell. He currently serves on the board of San Diego State University Computer Science program.
Ryan is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and fitting in a round of golf every now and then. Despite the consistent post-season heartbreak, he’s also a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan.

Jamie Thompson
Chief Customer Officer
Jamie Thompson serves as the Chief Customer Officer of BMC Helix. In this role, he leads customer implementation and adoption efforts for the company’s industry-recognized agentic AI-powered solutions that multiply human productivity. Along with his team, he develops and delivers customer success-focused offerings and services that span consulting, education, support, and customer success management.
Jamie is passionate about evolving global delivery models through innovation and driving customer enterprise value through subscription-based success services.
Previously, Jamie was the Global VP of Professional Services at BMC, where he led customer implementation and adoption efforts for its industry-leading solutions. Prior to joining BMC, Jamie held global leadership roles at SAS and Qlik, focusing on data and analytics, SaaS and cloud transition, value realization, and adoption-based services.
Based in Cary, North Carolina, Jamie is an avid marathon and ultra-marathon runner and loves a good trek anywhere in the world. He attended Boston College and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business
