Grayed out "Enabled form detection" button – Netlify forms

Hi!

I’m having issues enabling netlify forms on my site. I have this working for one of my sites and copied everything over to the new site, so there’s no reason it shouldn’t be working. But I’m probably missing something…

Here’s the issue I’m running into. The “Enable form detection” button is grayed out. I’ve searched the documentation, asked the AI bot, but nothing I can find has any steps for what to do when this occurs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m trying to get this working for a conference I’m attending this week. If I can’t get a resolution soon I’ll look into other options to process the form, but I’d love to keep this with Netlify because it’s so much easier.

Thanks @hrishikesh. I thought that might be related, but it didn’t explicitly mention anything about forms so I wasn’t sure. This has been showing all weekend, much more than 8 hours, so it’s a bit disappointing I’ve been blocked on this all weekend.

This seems to be a duplicate of a helpdesk ticket and it should now be resolved.
