[BUG] Text gets cut off on sides of screen on iPhone #13

Bug Description
Text content gets cut off on both sides of the screen, making parts of the output unreadable.
To Reproduce
- Open Termly
- Start a Claude Code session
- Receive any text response
- Observe text is cut off on left and right edges
Expected Behavior
Text should wrap properly within the visible screen area, respecting the device's screen width.
Actual Behavior
Text extends beyond the visible screen boundaries on both sides, cutting off content.

- OS: iOS 18.5
- Node.js version: N/A (mobile app)
- Termly CLI version: Latest
- AI tool: Claude Code
- Environment: Production

Additional Context
This happens consistently on iPhone, not just with long lines. The app doesn't appear to be aware of the screen width.
Possible Solution
Implement proper text wrapping that respects the device's screen dimensions and safe areas.
