What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This is a bit of a hodge hodge of a PR but it does a few things:

• Updates scroll behavior so that you can scroll up in chat whilst a new response is being streamed. The useAutoScroll hook is borrowed from database.build
• Adjusts prompt to ask for confirmation when about to write a destructive query
• Adjusts styling on confirmation to be a little more in your face
