change default log levels of the language server

We need to discuss how to set the default log level of the language server, how to manually configure that in an easy way in case there is a problem that users would like to debug and provide feedback on, etc.

I've decided to have logs in the IDE either in the Console View or the Error Log View or simply Off completely.
