I increasing the sleep from 0.2 to 0.3 in 645a071, but still saw a couple of CI errors for this test in the last 4 days. So take the approach used for test_autoload_fork and just skip the test. The test runs fine on OpenBSD, it's only an issue because the OpenBSD RubyCI machine is a software emulated virtual machine running on another virtual machine.
