IPv6 support needed for supabase network-bans remove --db-unban-ip

There's no way to unban IPv6 addresses because supabase network-bans remove --db-unban-ip only supports IPv4.

Please: Either stop banning IPv6 addresses, or extend db-unban-ip to support IPv6

+1. Banned from connecting to db when linking project bc of wrong password twice. Cannot unban myself since it is an IPV6 address that was banned
