As stated on #46283 (comment), we shouldn't land a change that would allow Node.js internals to mutate a object passed by the user. I suggest to apply the same change to https.Server constructor which also currently accept arrays, and change storeHTTPOptions to return the value of a new options object if it has to mutate it.
