- Delete src/Workloads/dotnet/configuration.winget and install.ps1 - Point manifest.yml's dotnet flow at Workloads/dotnet/setup.ps1 (engine), drop the configuration key, and mark manual_test: true since the engine entry point needs a signed release cycle and elevation - Remove the stale content-hash entry for dotnet/configuration.winget - Update development.md's repository-layout line for dotnet/ Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Adds a new single workload,
dotnet, to thedev-config.ps1workload engine — modeled onworkloads/winui.ps1per the "Adding a workload" guide, trimmed down to plain .NET SDK setup. What it installs
No Visual Studio, Windows App Development CLI, or UI framework templates — those are covered by the
winforms, winappcli, andwinuiworkloads respectively (see companion PRs).Changes
src/windows-dev-config/workloads/dotnet.ps1— workload definition reusing the sharedprerequisites,registry-system(Developer Mode only), andpackagesphases.src/Workloads/dotnet/setup.ps1— signed entry-point wrapper, copied fromWorkloads/winui/setup.ps1with only-Workloadchanged.src/windows-dev-config/README.md— added a row to the single-workloads table.Validation
Loaded the new definition through
Get-DevConfigWorkload(steps/_workload.ps1) to confirm it passes the engine's schema checks (unknown keys, phase/function/parameter validation) for-Action Full.
