[bug]: Chatgpt.com (chat.openai.com) notification immediately disappears

Describe the Bug

When logged-in and arrive at intro page (blank/new GPT chat) or any other page, the notification bubble with count displays for less than second.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

See above. Using Tampermonkey on Win 10.
EDIT:

1. I have also tried running inside a incognito and going to chatgpt.com, but same results.
2. If logged-out on login screen, the notification remains visible, as expected.

"Fixed" as of v6.7.2, I added menu commands to force open/close the menu on any web page.
