Can you please explain to me how to use the commands do I use PowerShell or I need to download something I'm lost here.

Is it possible to be used with a python script all I need is these commands:
System.out.println(p.getTotalTime());
System.out.println(p.getCurrentTime());
System.out.println(p.getProgressTime());
