Tables fail to render

Github is able to render tables using the following style:

Column	Column2

I'll look into this. I haven't had to use tables yet in my projects and therefore haven't seen what it looks like.

Should be a fairly simple fix.

I'm afraid until https://github.com/chjj/marked implements tables à la Github, I'm not going to put the extra time to fix this.

For now it's possible to use

, inline some HTML. I'm going to write some CSS for that.

Hey @Jlawr3nc3, you write some mean Obj-C? I wrote some a while ago and hated it ;)

I'd love to build OS X apps, but in JS. There are a few things out there that work fine like Titanium or Macgap, but not quite what I'm looking for.

Would it be possible to embed a Node.js server within an OS X app? The app's GUI would basically be a WebView that does HTTP requests to the node.js server.

I'd love to help with a project like that if this is something that might interest you.

Hi @jeromegn, you can email me at jack@jackhl.com or gchat me at the same address. I whipped up a really small Cocoa app that just spawns a node.js process with a js file and then loads a web view that connects to localhost, so it's certainly possible. To make it truly embedded would probably be a bit of a challenging process, but I think it could be done. Any applications made this way would most likely not be accepted by apple into the app store because you wouldn't be using native UI elements.... However there is an objective-c <-> javascript bridge and I could write some fancy code so that you could "ask" the app to instantiate native UI for you. Also, what's your use case? Why don't Titanium or Macgap work for you? It seems like overkill to embed a node.js server into a client-side application...
