  1. Proposal for #169: Add TRSE, restructure, expand hardware, add links 

    - Moved development platforms below their language because there's a maximum of two.
- Added TRSE, which is a niche option, but it's still an option that might be viable to some.
- Expanded hardware overview, particularily on PPU limitations, but also mentioned cartridge limitations.
- Consistently used binary prefixes.
- Added some more information and more links where appropriate.
- Fixed some typos (and probably added the same number of new ones).
- Game Boy is now running at 60 FPS instead of 6 FPS.
