feat(appkit-ui): export App Analytics from the beta barrels

Why the change

AppKit apps already depend on @databricks/appkit-ui, so exporting App Analytics from its beta barrels lets an app turn it on with one <AppAnalytics /> and no new dependency.

Special things to note

• appkit-ui bundles @databricks/app-analytics inline, the same way it bundles shared, because the SDK isn't published on its own yet. dist-appkit.ts drops the workspace dependency, and web-vitals becomes a direct dependency of appkit-ui. The bundle-size-baseline.json update reflects the added code.
• appAnalytics is now a lazy facade over one client stored on globalThis. Importing it creates nothing, so bundlers can drop it. Every copy of the module in a tab (appkit-ui's inline copy, a direct install, and later the auto-start script in feat(appkit): start App Analytics automatically when App telemetry is on #614) configures and records through the same client.
• The exports live under /beta, so the API can still change between minor releases.
