Simulated fix for Apex finding GITP-58.
This rejects index checkout requests that would materialize any path containing a reserved
.gitcomponent. Both full-index checkout and explicit path checkout fail before invokinggit checkout-index, preventing staged.git/hooks/...paths from being written as executable hooks.Validation: not run; targeted simulation PR for fix-review testing.
