Command line tool to optimize Windows performance. Its whole purpose is to disable a bunch of power-saving/throttling behaviors (storage, USB, network adapters, OS throttling) and raise multimedia/gaming scheduling priority by editing the registry and power configuration settings. This tool requires Administrator permissions to run properly. It will attempt to detect all hardware devices and disable Selective Suspend on USB devices, as well as Storage (StorPort) idle power management on all drives. Utilizing this tool will increase system performance at the cost of higher power usage. This can be a problem for laptops, if battery life is an issue.
