Description
Add in Kotlin keyword tooltips and supplementary documentation.
Details
Adds post-processed Kotlin documentation to app assets and updates tooltips to link into it appropriately. This involved updating the CoGoTooltips repository and then updating the version of it included in CoGo as a submodule.
This branch also has changes from Jim to adjust the tooltip logic to handle a "category" field that distinguishes Java from Kotlin/other tooltips via a file extension check.
