Incorrect scheme in Alpine Linux VERS range

Currently VERS range for Alpine Linux advisory is using alpine as the scheme, which is incorrect and not a valid VERS scheme. The correct scheme for Alpine version ranges is apk. See VERS scheme docs https://github.com/package-url/vers-spec/blob/main/docs/version-schemes.md

This issue is a direct result of bug aboutcode-org/univers#191, once it is fixed in univers a data migration will be required to correct the existing records.

Hi @keshav-space, I noticed that aboutcode-org/univers#191 has been resolved in PR #197 and released in v32.0.1. That means the blocker for this issue is cleared.
The next step would be:

1. Update vulnerablecode's univers dependency to v32.0.1+
2. Write a data migration to update existing records from alpine → apk scheme
   I'd like to work on this if it's available. Should I start with the dependency bump + migration, or is there additional coordination needed with the scancode-toolkit#4964 fix first?
