Auto complete and suggest commands in chat while player begins typing /wrp [ all possible commands ]
Have the plugin scan server for all world maps and add them to the config automatic . This is done by plugins like Dynmap , Worldgard . and fill in info such as read the packs format and add to config
How we interpreted your instructions .
"global:" is the default pack used across the server that is downloaded by players client.
"worlds:" list any world map that will use a different pack .
"packs:" are all possible packs used by the server .
