For more than 20 years I have led technology teams, without ever treating technology as the most important part of the job. What keeps me interested is helping people grow and turning systems into something the business can genuinely rely on.
Most of that career has been spent where downtime is not an option — aviation, 24/7 broadcasting, distributed retail — across Portugal, Spain, Italy and Poland. Different industries, same problems: aligning people, process and strategy, making sound decisions under pressure, and making sure the systems hold when it matters.
Today my focus is cybersecurity, operational resilience and AI. This account is where I publish the small, reusable pieces that come out of that work — mostly Claude skills, configs and scripts for security and infrastructure teams.

Há mais de 20 anos que lidero tecnologia, sem nunca ter tratado a tecnologia como a parte mais importante do trabalho. O que me motiva é ajudar as pessoas a crescer e transformar sistemas em algo em que o negócio possa mesmo confiar.
A maior parte desse percurso foi em contextos onde não há espaço para paragens — aviação, broadcasting 24/7, retalho distribuído — em Portugal, Espanha, Itália e Polónia. Setores diferentes, problemas iguais: alinhar pessoas, processos e estratégia, decidir bem sob pressão, e garantir que os sistemas aguentam quando é preciso.
Hoje o meu foco está na cibersegurança, na resiliência operacional e em IA. Esta conta é onde publico as peças pequenas e reutilizáveis que saem desse trabalho — sobretudo skills de Claude, configurações e scripts para equipas de segurança e infraestrutura.
