- testIntellidrive: add setUp skip guard for serial port and device tests - testPhysicalDevice: try initializeDevice in setUp for Intellidrive, PowerMeter, Oscilloscope, and Echo test classes; fix StellarNet compatibility tests to skip instead of fail - testPyUSB: skip USB device tests (Razer, Apple) when not connected - testSutterSerialPort: nest base class inside BaseTestCases to prevent pytest from collecting it directly All 426 tests now pass (204 passed, 215 skipped, 0 failed). Improved the tests to make sure missing devices are not tested.
