… producing run The bundle artifact is named after the core commit it was built from, which is not always the head commit of the workflow run that uploaded it. Looking parents up by run head therefore reported "missing" for the bundle that production was actually deployed from, and every develop Site Inputs run failed. Resolve the parent by artifact name across the repository instead, then check the run that produced each artifact in code: it must belong to this repository, run site-inputs.yml on develop, and have succeeded. A bundle from any other run is ignored, so widening the lookup does not widen what is trusted. Dispatch builds also now accept only trunk.yml push runs that ran on develop and succeeded when recording the certifying run.

Parent bundles are named after the workflow run head SHA, which differs from the run head SHA, so recovery lookups by run head falsely report missing parents. Resolve parents by artifact name with distinct expired and missing states, stop the automatic scan at the first bundled ancestor, and enforce the develop branch and success conclusion on trunk runs in code instead of relying on list filters. The dispatch input now documents the 90-day artifact retention limit.
